Two problems, one company
On the commercial side, a contractor or fit-out company is judged before anyone calls. Consultants and developers check the website for relevant projects, capability, certifications and a company profile they can attach to a prequalification. Many construction sites show a gallery of photos with no scope, value band, client type or role, which is exactly what an evaluator needs.
On the delivery side, information moves through email, WhatsApp groups and shared drives. Daily reports arrive as photos in a chat, drawings are superseded without everyone knowing, and a subcontractor's insurance expires unnoticed. Project controls software exists for large firms, but many mid-sized contractors need something lighter that fits how their teams actually work.

- Tender and project enquiries
- Separate routes for tender invitations, prequalification requests, subcontractor applications and general enquiries, each reaching the right person. Tender enquiries capture project type, location, tender deadline and documents, and create a record the estimating team can track to a bid or no-bid decision.
- Portfolio websites
- Project pages structured the way evaluators read them: sector, location, scope, your role (main contractor, subcontractor, fit-out, MEP), duration and completion status. Filters by sector and service. A downloadable company profile generated from the same data, so it does not go out of date.
- Document workflows
- Controlled registers for drawings, RFIs, submittals and method statements, with revision numbers, status and who needs to act. Approvals move through defined steps, and superseded revisions are clearly marked so nobody builds from an old drawing.
- Site reporting
- Mobile daily reports that a site engineer can complete in a few minutes: manpower, equipment, work done, delays, safety observations and photos tagged to area or activity. Reports roll up into a weekly summary for the project manager and client without anyone retyping them.
- Subcontractor coordination
- A register of subcontractors and suppliers with trade licence, insurance and approval expiry dates, and automatic reminders before anything lapses. Work packages, submittals and payment applications are tracked against each subcontractor.
- Internal tools
- Small, specific applications that replace a spreadsheet the business depends on: plant and equipment booking, material requests, timesheets, or a tender pipeline dashboard. Built for your process, with role-based access and an export for your accounting system.

Implementation risks
- Site teams will not adopt a tool that is slower than a WhatsApp photo. Mobile forms must be short and work with poor signal.
- Project and client names on the portfolio often need client permission. We build the site so projects can be shown anonymously where needed.
- Document control only works if everyone uses the register. Rollout usually starts on one project before the whole company.
- Large contractors may already have project controls software. We integrate with it rather than duplicate it.
