Corporate Website Development for Dubai & UAE Businesses

A corporate website for a UAE services business has one commercial job: convince a qualified buyer to get in touch, then get that enquiry to the right person quickly. We plan the service structure, proof, languages and enquiry routing around that job.

Who this is for

Professional and B2B service firms
Consultancies, law and accounting firms, engineering and fit-out contractors, logistics and facilities companies, where one enquiry can be worth a year of retainer.
Groups with several business lines
Holding companies and family groups that need one coherent site with room for each division, without every division building its own.
Companies facing procurement checks
Firms bidding for tenders, raising investment or entering the UAE, where buyers and due-diligence teams review the site before they reply.

This is not the right service if customers buy online (see ecommerce development), if clients need to log in to see documents or orders (see customer portal development), or if you need a single page for a campaign (see landing page development).

Service architecture comes before design

Corporate sites usually fail at the structure level. One page called Services lists twelve offerings in a paragraph each, so no individual service can rank, and a buyer looking for one thing has to read about all of them. We start by listing what you actually sell, how buyers describe it, and which offerings deserve a page of their own.

Each service page then answers the questions a buyer asks before contacting a supplier: what exactly is included, who it suits, how the work runs, what evidence you have and what happens after they enquire. Sector pages are added only when your work genuinely differs by sector, not as a way to repeat the same text with a new heading.

The same map also covers what procurement teams look for: leadership, locations, licences and registrations, policies and certifications. We publish only what you can evidence, such as trade licence details or certificates you hold. Anything that cannot be evidenced stays off the page.

What we deliver

Sitemap and content model
Page hierarchy, URL structure and the fields each page type needs, agreed before design.
Page templates
Home, service hub, service detail, sector, about and leadership, project or case study, insights, careers and contact.
Credibility components
Team profiles, project summaries, certifications and client logos, used only where you hold the evidence and permission.
English and Arabic templates
Right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and a language switch that keeps the reader on the equivalent page.
Editorial permissions
Editor, reviewer and administrator roles, so a marketing coordinator can draft and a manager approves before anything goes live.
Enquiry flows
Forms for each kind of enquiry, routing rules, acknowledgement emails and delivery to your CRM. Details below.
Baseline measurement
GA4 and Tag Manager with consent handling and a tracked event for each enquiry type.

Not included unless scoped: writing all copy from scratch (see website copywriting), professional translation, photography and video, brand identity work, hosting fees and ongoing SEO.

Enquiry flows that reach a person

A common pattern in the UAE: every form posts to info@, the inbox is shared by three people, and a serious enquiry waits two days for a reply. The site did its job and the process lost the lead. We design the flow from submission to first response.

In practice that means separate forms for project enquiries, requests for quotation with file uploads, careers and general questions, because each goes to a different person. Fields accept UAE mobile numbers with the +971 prefix, and a WhatsApp option sits alongside the form for buyers who prefer it. Submissions are routed by service, language or emirate, stored in your CRM (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce or similar) with the page and campaign they came from, and acknowledged with an email that says when to expect a reply.

Uploaded files are stored with access controls and a retention period, because tender documents and CVs contain personal data covered by the PDPL. If you need a full lead-to-CRM system with scoring and follow-up automation, that is a separate, larger piece of work.

Platform and process

For most corporate sites we recommend WordPress with custom blocks, because marketing teams already know the editor and the permission model is mature. Groups running several sites, or teams with strict speed or content-reuse needs, are usually better served by a headless CMS with a Next.js frontend.

  1. Discovery

Interviews with sales, leadership and whoever will edit, plus a review of your current site and competitors.

  2. Architecture and content plan

Sitemap, page briefs and a schedule showing who writes and approves each page.

  3. Design

Key templates designed in English and Arabic, reviewed with real service content.

  4. Build and integration

CMS, forms, CRM delivery and analytics on a staging site you can review.

  5. Content entry and testing

Content loaded and checked, forms tested end to end, right-to-left layouts reviewed on real devices.

  6. Launch and training

Go-live, redirects from any old URLs, and training for editors and approvers.

What drives the cost

DriverWhy it moves the budget
Distinct page templatesEach template needs design, build and testing in both languages. Twenty pages on four templates cost less than ten pages on ten templates.
LanguagesA properly localised Arabic version adds design review, right-to-left QA and content work, not just translation.
Content volume and authorshipWriting and structuring service pages is often the largest hidden effort.
IntegrationsCRM delivery, routing rules, file storage and scheduling tools each add build and test time.
Approval layersGroup communications, legal and compliance reviews extend timelines and revision rounds.
Existing contentMigrating and redirecting an old site adds inventory and mapping work.

We price each corporate site after a scoping call, once the number of templates, languages and integrations is clear. The website development cost guide explains these drivers in more depth.

Proof and next step

When we show relevant work, we walk you through the CMS and enquiry flow, not just the homepage. See case studies for what is currently public.

To start, request a project proposal with a list of your services, the languages you need and where enquiries should go today.

Questions buyers ask

How many service pages should a corporate site have?

One for each service that buyers search for and buy separately, and no more. We decide the number from your sales conversations, not from a template.

Can our marketing team edit the site without breaking the design?

Yes. Editors work with predefined blocks and fields, so they change content, not layout. A reviewer role can approve changes before they go live.

Do we need the Arabic version at launch?

Not always. We can launch in English with the Arabic templates designed and the URL structure ready, then publish Arabic pages once they are properly localised.

Can enquiries go into our CRM automatically?

Yes. We connect forms to HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce and similar systems, with the source page and campaign attached. Deeper attribution is covered by analytics and conversion tracking.

We already have a site. Is this a redesign instead?

If the current site has meaningful traffic, rankings or content, treat it as a website redesign, which adds inventory, redirect and baseline work.
