Websites, Software & Automation for Restaurants

Restaurants, cafés and cloud kitchens in the UAE depend on delivery aggregators for reach and pay for it in commission. We build the direct ordering, reservation, menu and loyalty systems that let regular customers come to you, connected to your POS.

Where the margin goes

Aggregators such as Talabat and Deliveroo bring new customers and handle delivery, and for many kitchens they are essential. The trade-off is commission on every order and very little data about who your customers are. A regular who orders every week through an aggregator looks, to you, like an anonymous ticket.

In the dining room, the pressure is different. Reservations come by phone, Instagram messages, WhatsApp and booking platforms. Menus change faster than the PDF on the website. Reviews arrive on several platforms, and nobody has time to reply to them during service.

The workflows we build for

Direct ordering
An ordering site for pickup and delivery with card payment through a UAE gateway and cash on delivery where you want it. Delivery can use your own riders or an on-demand courier. We do not suggest leaving the aggregators; direct ordering is for the customers who already know you and would order direct if it were as easy. See e-commerce development.
Reservations
Online booking by branch, party size and seating area through your reservation platform, or a booking flow we build if you do not use one. Confirmations and reminders cut no-shows, and large or special-event bookings can require a deposit.
Multilingual menus
Menus kept in one place and published in English, Arabic and other languages your guests use, with prices, allergens and dietary tags. The web menu and QR menu read from the same source, so a price change happens once rather than in several PDFs.
WhatsApp ordering
Customers order or reserve in a WhatsApp conversation through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. An assistant can take a structured order from your menu and send a payment link, with staff handling changes and complaints. Promotional messages go only to customers who opted in, using approved templates. See WhatsApp automation.
Loyalty and reviews
A simple loyalty scheme tied to phone number and direct orders, plus a post-visit or post-order message asking for feedback. Positive feedback is pointed to Google, and complaints go to a manager the same day. We do not filter reviews or offer rewards for positive ones.

POS integration and kitchen flow

An online order that has to be typed into the POS by hand will be typed in wrong during a Friday rush. We connect direct orders to your POS through its API or a supported integration, so orders print or show on the kitchen screen like any other ticket, and the menu and item availability sync from the POS where it allows. POS systems differ a great deal in what they expose, so we check this first.

Direct orders also give you data the aggregators keep to themselves: who orders, how often and what. We keep that data in your own systems and handle it under the UAE PDPL, with consent for marketing messages recorded at checkout. Every receipt carries VAT correctly, whichever channel the order came from.

One direct order, end to end

  1. A regular orders on your site or WhatsApp

The menu, prices and availability come from the POS.

  2. Payment

Card through a UAE gateway, or cash on delivery if you allow it.

  3. The ticket reaches the kitchen

The order appears in the POS or kitchen screen without re-keying.

  4. Delivery or pickup

Your rider or a courier is assigned, and the customer gets status updates.

  5. Loyalty and feedback

Points are added, and a short feedback message follows the order.

Services that apply

Implementation risks

  • Some POS systems have no open API or charge for integrations. This decides whether orders flow automatically or through a tablet.
  • Menu data drifts when it is edited in several places. One source of truth has to be agreed before launch.
  • Direct ordering needs its own marketing. Without it, customers keep ordering through the aggregator app out of habit.
