AI Voice Agents for Dubai & UAE Businesses

We build AI voice agents that answer inbound calls, understand what the caller needs, book appointments and route calls to the right person, in Arabic and English. Every agent has a way out to a human, and we will tell you when voice AI is the wrong choice for your calls.

What a voice agent handles

Call answering
Picks up every call, including out of hours and during peaks, and answers common questions from approved content: location, opening hours, services, documents needed.
Appointment booking
Checks live availability in your calendar or booking system, offers slots, confirms by voice and sends a written confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp.
Call routing
Works out why someone is calling and transfers them to the right department or person, passing a short summary so they don't repeat themselves.
Message taking
When nobody is available, records the caller's details and reason, and creates a task or CRM record for a call back.

We build inbound agents. We don't build cold-calling bots: outbound sales calling in the UAE is regulated, including when and how businesses may call, and automated cold calls damage trust quickly. Outbound calls to your own customers, such as appointment reminders they agreed to, can be scoped case by case.

How a call moves through the system

  1. Call arrives

Through your existing number, forwarded from your phone system or connected by a SIP trunk.

  2. Greeting and notice

The agent says it is an automated assistant, that the call may be recorded and how to reach a person.

  3. Speech to text

The caller's words are transcribed as they speak, in Arabic or English.

  4. Understanding and lookup

A language model identifies the intent and, if needed, calls a tool: check a slot, find a booking, look up a branch.

  5. Reply

The answer is spoken back with a natural voice. The whole loop must be fast; a pause of more than a second or so makes callers talk over the agent.

  6. Transfer or close

The call is transferred with a summary, or ends with a confirmation message and a log entry.

Telephony, Arabic and English voices

Phone numbers in the UAE are provided by licensed operators, and business lines often sit behind a cloud PBX or a call-centre platform. Whether a voice agent can connect directly to your number depends on that setup, so we audit it first. Common routes are call forwarding for specific hours or overflow, a SIP trunk into the voice platform, or an integration with the contact-centre software you already use. We don't ask you to port numbers.

Speech recognition is strongest in English and Modern Standard Arabic. Gulf and Emirati dialect, heavy accents, speakerphone calls and callers switching between Arabic and English mid-sentence all reduce accuracy. We test with recordings that sound like your real callers before promising anything, and we choose Arabic and English voices your team is comfortable putting in front of customers. Where recognition is weak for a group of callers, the agent routes them to a person sooner.

When voice AI is a bad idea

  • Low call volume. If your team answers every call comfortably, an agent adds cost and a new failure point.
  • Calls that are mostly complaints, negotiations or sensitive conversations, where the caller wants a person from the first second.
  • Medical triage or emergencies. A healthcare provider can use an agent for bookings and directions, but not to judge symptoms.
  • Callers whose dialect or line quality the agent can't handle reliably in testing.
  • Processes with no system to check or write to, where the agent can only take a message. A good voicemail or a callback form may do the same job.

If your customers would rather type, a chatbot or WhatsApp automation is usually cheaper and easier to control.

Deliverables and cost drivers

Call audit
Call volumes by hour, reasons for calling from a sample of recordings, current routing and missed-call rates.
Call design
Scripts, intents, escalation rules and consent wording in both languages, approved by your team.
Voice agent and integrations
Telephony connection, calendar or booking system, CRM and confirmation messages.
Test report
Results from test calls in each language and accent group, including failure cases.
Monitoring
Call logs, transcripts, transfer reasons, latency and cost per call, with alerts.
  • Cost depends on the telephony route, the number of intents and connected systems, language coverage, testing depth and call minutes, which drive speech and model usage each month.
  • Not included unless scoped: new phone numbers or PBX replacement, outbound campaigns and call-centre staffing.

We give a fixed quote for the build after a scoping call, with running costs estimated from your call volumes. The AI agent cost guide shows how setup, integration and usage costs separate.

Questions buyers ask

Will callers know it's AI?

Yes. The agent says so at the start. Callers accept automated help more readily when they know what it is and how to reach a person.

Can it keep our current number?

Usually. We connect through forwarding, your PBX or a SIP trunk, depending on what your operator and phone system allow.

How natural does it sound?

Current voices are close to natural in English and good in Arabic, but response speed matters as much as voice quality. We test both on real call samples before launch.

Can it handle Emirati dialect?

Partly. Recognition of Gulf dialect has improved but is less reliable than English or Modern Standard Arabic. We measure it with your callers and route to a person when accuracy drops.

Can we start with out-of-hours calls only?

Yes, and we often recommend it. Overflow or after-hours coverage lets you measure quality before the agent answers peak-time calls.
