Google Ads Management for Dubai & UAE Businesses
Google Ads management for UAE businesses: Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and YouTube, in English and Arabic. We set up conversion tracking before spending your budget, then feed real outcomes from your CRM back into Google so campaigns optimise for customers and not just form fills.
Conversion tracking comes first
Google's bidding uses the conversions you tell it about. If the account counts page views, button clicks or duplicate form submissions as conversions, automated bidding will find more of those, cheaply, and your sales team will see the difference. Most accounts we review in the UAE have at least one of these problems.
So before we scale spend we check that each conversion action is a real business event, counted once, with a sensible value. We verify form submissions, calls from ads and the website, and WhatsApp clicks. Where the site allows it, we set up enhanced conversions with consented, hashed customer data, and consent handling aligned with the UAE PDPL and your privacy policy. The details are covered under analytics and conversion tracking.
Offline conversion import from the CRM
Capture the click
The website stores Google's click identifiers (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) and the lead's contact details with each enquiry, and passes them into the CRM.
Define stages
We agree which CRM stages matter, such as qualified lead, viewing booked, proposal sent and closed-won, and what value each carries.
Send outcomes back
When a lead reaches a stage, the CRM or an integration sends that conversion to Google Ads, by click ID or through enhanced conversions for leads using hashed email and phone.
Bid on quality
Once enough outcomes flow back, campaigns can optimise toward qualified leads or revenue instead of raw enquiries.
This works with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce and custom CRMs. If your leads arrive by WhatsApp and phone and never reach a CRM, fix that first with a lead-to-CRM system or CRM automation.
Which campaign types, and when
| Campaign type | Use it for | Watch for |
|---|---|---|
| Search | Capturing people who already search for your service, with tight control over keywords, ads and landing pages | Broad match without negative keywords and good conversion data wastes budget quickly |
| Performance Max | Reaching buyers across Search, YouTube, Display, Discover, Gmail and Maps from one campaign, especially for ecommerce with a product feed | Limited visibility into where spend goes; it can take credit for brand searches you would have won anyway |
| Demand Gen | Visual ads on YouTube, Discover and Gmail to create interest and retarget visitors, often with lead forms | Leads tend to be earlier-stage; judge it on CRM outcomes, not form volume |
| YouTube (video) | Awareness and consideration with video in English or Arabic, plus retargeting | Needs real video creative; results show up in brand search and assisted conversions more than direct leads |
Arabic and English campaigns
- Separate campaigns or ad groups per language, so ads, keywords and landing pages match. An Arabic ad that sends people to an English page loses most of them.
- Language targeting follows users' language settings, and many Arabic speakers in the UAE use Google in English. We target both languages on Arabic campaigns and let the keywords decide who sees them.
- Arabic keywords are researched separately, including dialect terms, mixed Arabic and English queries and Arabic typed in Latin letters.
- Arabic ad copy is written by native writers, not machine-translated, and checked for right-to-left display in each ad format.
- Landing pages in Arabic need proper RTL layout and forms. See landing page development.
What management includes and how fees work
- Your account, your spend
- Campaigns run in a Google Ads account you own, and Google bills ad spend directly to your payment method. You keep the account, the data and the history if we part ways.
- Setup
- Tracking audit and fixes, account structure, keyword and audience research, ads, extensions and landing page recommendations. Priced as a one-off piece of work.
- Management fee
- Agencies usually charge a percentage of ad spend, a flat monthly fee or a hybrid. We prefer a flat fee tied to scope (number of campaigns, languages, markets and reporting depth), so our fee doesn't rise just because your budget does. We quote after reviewing the account.
- Ongoing work
- Search term reviews and negatives, bid strategy and budget changes, ad and asset testing, landing page feedback and offline conversion checks.
- Not included
- Video production, full landing page builds (quoted separately) and ad spend itself.
Your budget should be large enough to generate enough conversions for automated bidding to learn in your market. If it isn't, we tell you and suggest starting with a tighter Search campaign. We don't promise a cost per lead or return on ad spend before we've seen your data.
Questions buyers ask
Can you take over our existing account?
Yes. We start with an audit of tracking, structure and search terms, keep what works and change the rest in stages, so performance history isn't thrown away.
Should we use Performance Max?
It can work well once conversion tracking is reliable and you have enough conversion volume. With weak tracking it optimises toward the wrong things. We usually get Search working properly first.
Do ad policies differ in the UAE?
Google's policies apply globally, with country-specific rules in some categories such as financial services, gambling and healthcare. Local advertising rules also apply. Dubai property ads, for example, need a permit number. We check your category at setup.
How long before we know if it's working?
Search campaigns show early signals within weeks. Smart bidding needs a learning period and enough conversions, and CRM outcomes take as long as your sales cycle.
Do you also run Meta ads?
Yes, see Meta ads. Running both from the same tracking and CRM data makes it easier to compare them fairly.
Tell us your current monthly spend, which CRM you use and how you count a good lead. We will review the account and come back with a proposal. Get a proposal.
