Websites, Software & Automation for Home Services

Cleaning, maintenance, AC, pest control and moving companies win or lose most jobs between the first request and the technician arriving. We automate the steps in between: quoting, scheduling, dispatch and follow-up.

Where the margin goes

Home services enquiries are urgent and price-sensitive. A customer with a leaking AC unit in August messages three companies and books whoever replies first with a price and a slot. Behind that reply, someone has to work out the price, check which technician covers that area and has time, and confirm the booking. In many companies all of that happens in one coordinator's WhatsApp and a shared spreadsheet.

The costs show up later: jobs quoted and never chased, technicians driving across the city between back-to-back jobs, parts not on the van, no record of what was done at the last visit, and customers who would have booked a six-monthly service if anyone had asked.

The workflows we build for

Quote requests
Request forms and WhatsApp flows that ask for what you need to price the job: service type, property type and size, area, photos or a short video, and preferred timing. Simple jobs get an instant price or range; others are flagged for a survey. Every request becomes a record with a status, so nothing sits unanswered in an inbox.
Scheduling
Bookable slots that reflect real capacity: technician skills, working hours, service areas and travel time between jobs. Customers pick a slot online or confirm one sent on WhatsApp, and get reminders before the visit. Rescheduling updates the technician's day, not just the customer's confirmation.
Technician dispatch
A mobile job view for technicians: address and location pin, access notes, job history at that property, checklist, parts required, and buttons for on the way, arrived and completed. Completion captures photos, the customer's sign-off and any extra work, which feeds straight into the invoice.
Follow-ups
Unaccepted quotes are chased on a schedule you set. After the job, the customer receives the invoice, a payment link and a review request. Recurring work, such as AC servicing, deep cleans or pest control treatments, generates a reminder before it is due, sent only to customers who agreed to hear from you.

From request to review

  1. Request arrives

From the website, WhatsApp or a lead form, captured with service, area and photos.

  2. Price or survey

Rules decide whether an instant price applies or a coordinator reviews it.

  3. Slot offered and confirmed

Based on the qualified technicians covering that area, with travel time accounted for.

  4. Job dispatched

The technician sees the job, history and parts list on their phone; the customer gets an arrival update.

  5. Job completed

Photos, sign-off and extra work recorded; the invoice is generated with VAT.

  6. Payment and review

A payment link and review request are sent; a reminder is scheduled for recurring services.

Instant price, range or survey

Which quoting approach fits depends on the job, and most companies need all three.

Services that apply

Relevant evidence

Every piece of work we show is labelled as client work, an owned venture, a concept or a demo, and we do not present a prototype as a client outcome. On a call we can walk through how a quote-to-dispatch flow would run with your services and areas. Labelled work is listed under case studies.

Implementation risks

  • Pricing rules often exist only in a coordinator's head. Writing them down is the first deliverable, and it takes longer than expected.
  • Technicians will not use an app that is slower than calling the office. The job view has to work with one hand, in the heat, on a basic phone.
  • Service areas and travel times across Dubai and neighbouring emirates need realistic assumptions, or schedules look full on paper and run late in practice.
  • Existing field service software may already cover scheduling well. We check whether integration beats replacement before proposing custom work.
  • Reminder and marketing messages on WhatsApp need opt-in and approved templates, and customer data falls under the UAE PDPL.
