Alfalab is a studio that builds websites, AI and automation systems, and custom software for businesses in Dubai and the wider UAE. This page sets out what we focus on, who does the work and how we work with clients.

How we work
- Scope in writing before build
- Every project starts with a written proposal that lists what is included, what is excluded and how each stage is accepted. Our delivery process shows the full sequence.
- You own what you pay for
- Domains, hosting, code repositories, analytics and third-party accounts are set up in your company's name wherever the provider allows it. We work in them as collaborators.
- One accountable lead
- Each project has a named lead who answers for scope, schedule and quality, and who you can reach directly.
- Honest evidence
- We label our work as client projects, owned ventures, concepts or demos. We do not show client logos, testimonials or results without permission.
- No promises we cannot control
- We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, response rates or return on investment. We do commit to what we build, how it is tested and how it is handed over.
- Saying no
- If a project is outside what we deliver well, or a cheaper off-the-shelf tool would do the job, we tell you.
Who does the work
Alfalab is one team of designers, engineers and automation specialists. We do not hand a project from a design agency to a development shop to an automation freelancer. The people who map your workflow are the people who design the screens, write the code and wire up the integrations, so decisions made in discovery survive into the build.
- Designers
- Work out the user flows, information architecture and interface, including English and Arabic layouts that read properly right to left. They design from the enquiry, booking or job that has to move through the system, not from a page template.
- Engineers
- Build the websites, web applications and SaaS products, own the data model and hosting setup, and write the code your future in-house team will inherit. They choose well-supported stacks so that code stays maintainable after handover.
- Automation specialists
- Connect the tools you already use: CRMs, WhatsApp, payment gateways, accounting and booking systems. They design the automations, the AI agents and the alerts that tell someone when a sync fails.
