Industries We Serve

We work in a small number of sectors where we know the enquiry, booking and operations workflows well enough to build for them. Each sector page describes those workflows and the risks we raise before a project starts.

Why we organise part of our work by sector

A website, a CRM integration or a WhatsApp flow is the same kind of build in every business. What changes is the thing moving through it. A property enquiry carries a listing reference, a permit number, a source portal and an agent. A desert safari booking carries a date, a time slot, a pickup zone and a capacity limit. An AC repair request carries a location, a few photos and a place in a technician's day. Most of the design work is getting those objects and their hand-offs right.

We only publish a sector page when we can describe those workflows specifically. We do not generate a page for every service in every industry, and a sector page is not a promise that we have delivered that exact system before. Each one says what evidence exists and how it should be read.

We start from the workflow, not the page list

The first working session on any sector project follows the same order, because skipping a step is where most rework comes from.

  1. List every entry point

Website forms, portals or marketplaces, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, phone calls, walk-ins and referrals. We note which ones you can currently measure and which ones disappear into someone's phone.

  2. Follow one real enquiry end to end

We trace a recent enquiry from first message to paid job or closed deal, and write down every copy-paste, every hand-off between people and every place the record is re-typed.

  3. Name the system of record

One place has to own the customer, the booking or the deal. If that is a spreadsheet today, we decide whether it becomes a CRM, a booking system or custom software, and what migrates.

  4. Decide what gets automated and what stays with a person

Routing, reminders, confirmations and data sync are usually safe to automate. Pricing judgement, complaints and negotiation usually stay with your team, with automation preparing the context.

  5. Agree what will be measured

Enquiries by source, time to first response, bookings or qualified deals. We set this before the build so the numbers after launch mean something. See analytics and conversion tracking.

What usually differs from one sector to the next

The questions that change the scope most
ConcernWhy it variesQuestion we ask early
Core recordA listing, a time slot, a job and a user account behave differently in a database. What is the one object your team argues about when it is wrong?
Channel mixSome sectors are portal-led, others OTA-led, others almost entirely WhatsApp.Where did your last 50 customers first contact you?
TimingSome enquiries go cold in minutes; others take months and several viewings. How long between first contact and money changing hands?
Platform and regulatory rulesPortal terms, OTA supplier rules, advertising permits and WhatsApp Business Platform policies all constrain the build.Which third parties set rules you have to follow?
LanguageUAE customers and visitors expect English and often Arabic, and some sectors need more languages.Which languages do customers write to you in today?

How we label evidence

Every sector page states what kind of proof sits behind it: delivered client work, an owned venture, a concept or a demo built on synthetic data. We do not present a prototype as a client result, and we do not show client names or numbers without permission. Where a sector page has no delivered case yet, it says so.

Published work, with its status labelled, is collected under case studies.

Risks we raise early, whatever the sector

  • Customer conversations living on staff members' personal phones, which leave with them.
  • Third-party platforms (portals, OTAs, marketplaces) whose API access, data terms or rate limits decide what can be integrated.
  • WhatsApp Business Platform rules: customer opt-in, approved templates for business-initiated messages and the 24-hour customer service window.
  • Historic data in spreadsheets or an old CRM that needs cleaning before it is worth migrating.
  • One person who understands how the current process really works, and who needs time set aside for the project.
  • Personal data handling under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), or the free zone regime that applies to you.

If your sector is not listed

Most of our work is organised by capability, not by sector. If your business is not covered here, start from the capability closest to your problem and tell us about the workflow in your enquiry. We will say plainly if it is outside what we can deliver well.
