Landing Page Development for Dubai & UAE Businesses
A landing page serves one campaign, one audience and one action. We build pages that match the ad that sent the visitor, load quickly on a phone, keep the form short and deliver every lead to your CRM with its source attached.
When you need landing pages, not a new website
- You run Google, Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok ads that point at your homepage or a general services page.
- You are launching a specific offer, event, property project or seasonal promotion with its own budget and deadline.
- You want to test demand for a new service before building it into the main site.
- You run separate Arabic and English campaigns and need a page written for each audience.
Landing pages are not a replacement for a weak website. If the whole site needs rebuilding, see corporate website development or website redesign. If you want ongoing testing across many pages, that is conversion rate optimisation.
Message match and page structure
A visitor who clicks an ad for commercial cleaning in Dubai Investments Park and lands on a page about all your services has to search again, and many will not. Message match means the headline, offer and imagery repeat what the ad promised. We map each campaign or ad group to a page, or to a variant of a page, so the promise stays consistent from the search result to the form.
The structure is deliberately narrow: a headline that repeats the offer, the three or four facts a buyer needs to decide, proof close to the form, one primary action and no main navigation to leak visitors away. Arabic campaigns get pages written for Arabic readers, with right-to-left layouts, rather than a translated copy of the English page.
Where several keywords share intent, one page with a small number of controlled text variants is easier to maintain than dozens of near-duplicate pages. Near-duplicates also risk being treated as doorway pages if they are ever indexed, so campaign pages are usually set to noindex.
What we deliver
- Page and variants
- One landing page per campaign intent, with variants for audiences or languages where the campaign plan needs them.
- Reusable template
- Built in your CMS or as a lightweight standalone page, so your team can launch the next campaign without a new build.
- Form and thank-you page
- Short form with validation, spam protection and a confirmation page that sets expectations for the reply.
- Source capture
- UTM parameters and ad click IDs stored with each lead.
- CRM delivery and alerts
- Leads created in your CRM and sent to the assigned salesperson immediately.
- Conversion events
- Form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks recorded in GA4 and sent to the ad platforms.
- Test set-up
- Where traffic volume allows, an A/B test with a single hypothesis and a pre-agreed stopping rule.
Speed and forms on a phone
On paid social in particular, most visitors arrive on a phone, often on mobile data, and leave if the page is slow to appear. We keep landing pages light: compressed images sized for the screen, no autoplay video or heavy sliders above the fold, Arabic and Latin fonts subset to the characters used, and third-party scripts limited to the ones the campaign needs. We check Core Web Vitals on real mobile conditions before launch.
Every extra form field costs completions. We usually ask for name, mobile and one qualifying question, with the mobile field accepting UAE numbers with the +971 prefix. If your sales team works on WhatsApp, a click-to-chat option can sit beside the form. If you plan to message leads first, Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform requires the person's opt-in and pre-approved templates for business-initiated messages outside the 24-hour customer service window, so the form needs to collect that consent. WhatsApp automation covers the follow-up side.
Lead delivery and measurement
A campaign is judged on the leads that turn into customers, so the landing page has to pass source data forward. Hidden fields capture the UTM parameters and click IDs such as gclid and fbclid, and the CRM record keeps them. That lets your team see which campaign produced qualified leads and, with the right set-up, send those outcomes back to Google Ads or Meta.
We set up the landing-page side of this: events, consent handling and CRM fields. Full attribution across the site and CRM, offline conversion imports and call tracking are covered by analytics and conversion tracking. Campaign management itself sits with Google Ads or your media agency.
Scope, platform and exclusions
If your main site runs on a CMS your team knows, we usually build landing pages there as a dedicated template, so tracking, consent and brand stay consistent. If the main site is slow or hard to change, a standalone page on a subdomain, built with Next.js or a similar lightweight stack, can go live faster without touching it.
- Not included: ad account set-up and management, ad creative, video production, media buying.
- Not included unless scoped: campaign copywriting, Arabic translation, a continuing test programme.
- Excluded by design: rebuilding the rest of the website.
Process, cost and proof
Campaign brief
Offer, audience, channels, keywords or ad angles, the qualifying question and who receives leads.
Wireframe and copy
Page structure and draft copy for approval, in each campaign language.
Build and connect
Page, form, CRM delivery, events and consent on a preview link.
Test submissions
Test leads from each source, checked in GA4, the CRM and the ad platform.
Launch and review
Go-live with the campaign, then a review of conversion data once enough traffic has arrived.
Cost depends on the number of pages and variants, languages, whether a reusable template is needed, and the CRM and ad platforms involved. We quote each page or template after a short scoping call. To start, request a project proposal with your campaign dates and channels.
Questions buyers ask
How quickly can a landing page go live?
Once the offer, copy and CRM access are agreed, a single page is a short project. We confirm the go-live date when scope is agreed. Delays usually come from approvals and CRM access, not the build.
Should landing pages be indexed by Google?
Usually not. Paid campaign pages are often near-duplicates of each other and of your service pages. We set them to noindex and keep organic search on your main service pages.
Can you build the page inside our existing WordPress site?
Yes, as a dedicated template without the main navigation, which keeps consent, tracking and brand consistent. See WordPress development.
Do you guarantee a conversion rate?
No. Conversion depends on the offer, the traffic and your sales follow-up as much as the page. We make the page fast, clear and measurable, and report what it actually does.
Can leads go straight to WhatsApp instead of a form?
Yes, as a click-to-chat option recorded as a conversion. It is harder to attribute than a form, so we usually offer both and capture the source where the platform allows.
