Social Media Management for Dubai & UAE Businesses
Social media management for UAE businesses that want consistent, bilingual accounts without hiring a full in-house team. We plan content, produce and publish it in English and Arabic, manage comments and messages within agreed response times, and report on what the accounts contribute. Anything outside that scope is written into the agreement.
Who this suits
- Businesses whose customers check Instagram or TikTok before they enquire, such as clinics, restaurants, property firms and tourism operators.
- B2B companies that need a credible, regular LinkedIn presence for the company page and leadership.
- Teams posting irregularly, in one language only, or answering messages days late.
- Businesses that want organic content and paid campaigns planned together, while keeping them as separate pieces of work.
What's in scope and what isn't
| Area | Included | Not included |
|---|---|---|
| Strategy | Platform choice, content pillars, tone of voice, posting cadence | Full brand strategy or rebranding |
| Content | Monthly calendar, captions in English and Arabic, graphics, carousels and edited short-form video from your footage or ours | Large video shoots, TV-style production, professional photo sessions (quoted separately) |
| Publishing | Scheduling and posting on agreed platforms, plus Stories where agreed | Posting on personal accounts of staff |
| Community | Replying to comments and DMs within agreed hours and response times, hiding spam, escalating complaints | Resolving customer service cases, refunds or bookings, which stay with your team |
| Paid | Boosting selected posts within a budget you set | Full paid campaigns, which run under Meta ads |
| Influencers | Nothing | Influencer sourcing, contracts, briefs and payments |
We leave out influencer management on purpose. In the UAE, people who publish paid content need their own advertiser permit under the UAE Media Council's rules, and contracts, disclosures and payments need specialist handling. We can brief an influencer agency and use their content in your calendar.
Content planning and bilingual content
Each month starts with a calendar tied to your business: launches, seasonal demand, Ramadan and Eid, UAE National Day, school terms, events in your sector and questions your sales team hears most often. We plan a mix of formats that each platform rewards. That means short vertical video on Instagram and TikTok, carousels that explain something, and text-led posts on LinkedIn. You approve the calendar before anything is produced.
Bilingual doesn't mean the same post twice. Arabic captions are written by native writers for Arabic-speaking followers, sometimes with different examples or tone, and designs are laid out for right-to-left text rather than mirrored at the end. Some brands post in both languages in one caption, some run separate accounts, and some post Arabic only for selected topics. We choose based on who follows you and who buys from you.
Community management and response times
- Coverage hours
- Agreed in writing: which days and hours we monitor comments and messages, and what happens on weekends and public holidays.
- Response times
- A target first-response time for comments and for messages, set in your agreement to match your coverage hours. Messages that need your team are handed over with context.
- Reply guide
- Approved answers for common questions (prices, locations, hours, booking) in English and Arabic, updated as your offer changes.
- Escalation
- Complaints, legal threats, press enquiries and anything sensitive go to a named person on your side at once. We don't argue with customers in public.
- Leads from DMs
- Sales enquiries arriving by Instagram or Facebook message can be routed into your CRM. See CRM automation.
Reporting that goes past follower counts
- Reach, engagement and follower growth per platform, compared with the previous period.
- Top and bottom posts by format and topic, with what we'll change as a result.
- Message volume, response times against target and common questions.
- Profile link clicks and enquiries from social, tracked in GA4 and the CRM where the setup allows.
- A short plan for next month.
We don't guarantee follower numbers, reach or viral posts. Platforms change their algorithms often, and bought followers damage accounts.
How we start and what drives cost
Account review
Current accounts, access, past performance, competitors and audience.
Plan
Platforms, pillars, cadence, languages, reply guide and scope agreed in writing.
First month
Calendar approved, content produced and approved, publishing and community management begin.
Monthly cycle
Report, review call, next calendar.
Cost depends on the number of platforms, posts and videos per month, whether content is in one or two languages, how much filming is needed and how many hours community management must cover. We price a monthly scope after the account review. For how social fits alongside search, ads and your website, see digital growth.
Questions buyers ask
Do you approve content with us before it's posted?
Yes. You approve the monthly calendar and the finished posts. Urgent reactive posts follow a faster approval route we agree at the start.
Can you film content at our premises?
Yes, as part of the scope or as an extra shoot day. Many clients also send phone footage that we edit.
Which platforms should we be on?
Only those where your buyers spend time and where you can keep up quality. For most UAE consumer brands that's Instagram and often TikTok. For B2B it's LinkedIn. We'd rather do two platforms well than five badly.
Will you handle our customer service messages?
We reply to common questions from an approved guide and pass anything needing a decision, such as refunds, bookings or complaints, to your team.
Do you manage influencers?
No. We can plan how influencer content fits your calendar and work with the agency or creators you appoint.
Send us links to your current accounts and tell us which platforms and languages matter. We'll reply with a proposed scope. Get a proposal.
