AI Sales Agent

An AI assistant on WhatsApp and your website chat that answers from content you approve, qualifies enquiries, books meetings, hands off to your team and records everything in the CRM.

The enquiries nobody answers in time

UAE customers expect a reply on WhatsApp within minutes, including evenings, weekends and the late hours during Ramadan. Most sales teams cannot staff that, so enquiries wait, and many of the questions they wait on are the same ones: what does it cost, is this available, do you cover my area, what do I need to bring. Meanwhile, salespeople spend their best hours on conversations that were never going to buy.

An AI sales agent handles the first part of the conversation. It answers routine questions from approved information, asks the qualifying questions your team would ask, books a meeting when the customer is ready and passes the conversation to a person when it should. It does not replace your salespeople. It gives them better-prepared conversations and fewer cold ones.

What's included

Approved knowledge base
Your services, prices where you publish them, coverage, policies and FAQs, organised into a source the agent answers from. It is told not to answer from general knowledge, and to say so and hand off when the answer is not there.
Channels
WhatsApp through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and a chat widget on your website, sharing one agent and one set of rules.
Qualification
The questions your team needs answered, asked conversationally in Arabic or English, with answers stored as structured fields rather than a transcript only.
Booking
Live availability from your calendar or booking system, with confirmations and reminders.
Human handoff
Rules for when a person takes over: the customer asks, the lead meets your criteria, the topic is sensitive, or the agent is unsure. The handoff includes a summary so the customer does not repeat themselves.
CRM logging
Contact, qualification answers, source, opt-in status, conversation summary and booked meeting written to your CRM, with the right owner assigned.
Evaluation and monitoring
A test set of real questions scored before launch, and ongoing review of conversations, failed answers and handoffs. Engineering follows our AI agent development practice.

What you need in place

  • Written, current information about your services, coverage and policies, or a person who can supply and approve it.
  • A CRM with an API, and clear rules for who owns a qualified lead. If leads do not reach the CRM reliably today, start with the lead-to-CRM system.
  • A WhatsApp number on the Business Platform, a verified Meta business portfolio and an opt-in process for business-initiated messages.
  • A calendar or booking system the agent can read and write, if it will book meetings.
  • Staff available to take handoffs during the hours you commit to, and a plan for handoffs outside them.

How it runs

  1. Conversation review

We read a sample of real past conversations, with personal data removed, to learn what customers ask, how they phrase it in Arabic and English, and where sales conversations are won or lost.

  2. Knowledge and rules

The knowledge base, qualification questions, handoff triggers and topics the agent must not discuss are written and approved by you.

  3. Build and integrate

Channels, CRM, calendar and handoff inbox are connected in a test environment.

  4. Evaluate

The agent is tested against a set of real and difficult questions, including attempts to get it to promise discounts or discuss competitors, and scored before any customer sees it.

  5. Limited launch

The agent goes live on one channel or for part of the traffic first, with every conversation reviewed daily.

  6. Operate and improve

Knowledge updates, new questions added to the test set, and changes to rules as your offers change.

What's not included

  • Taking payments inside the conversation, unless scoped separately with your payment gateway.
  • Negotiating prices or making commitments outside the approved knowledge base.
  • Voice calls, which are covered by AI voice agents.
  • Outbound campaigns to people who have not opted in, which Meta's rules do not allow.
  • Writing your sales policies. We encode them; you decide them.

Ongoing costs to budget for

An AI agent has running costs that grow with conversation volume. We estimate them from your current enquiry numbers during scoping.

AI model usage
Charged by the model provider per volume of text processed. Longer conversations and larger knowledge bases cost more per conversation.
WhatsApp messaging
Meta's charges for certain business-initiated template messages, plus any Business Solution Provider fees.
Hosting and data
Hosting for the agent, its logs and the search index behind the knowledge base.
CRM and inbox licences
Seats for staff who receive handoffs, and any CRM tier needed for the integration.
Operation and review
Regular conversation review, knowledge updates and evaluation runs, done by your team, by us under a support agreement, or shared. See AI monitoring and support.

Questions buyers ask

What if the agent gives a wrong answer?

It answers only from approved content and hands off when that content does not cover the question. We test it before launch and review conversations after. The risk is not zero, which is why sensitive topics such as refunds or legal questions go straight to a person.

Will customers know they are talking to AI?

They should. We recommend the agent says so at the start, and the customer can ask for a person at any point.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes, including Gulf dialect and mixed Arabic and English messages. We test Arabic conversations separately, because quality differs between languages.

Where is conversation data stored?

In your CRM and in logs we host in a region agreed with you. We document the data flow, including what goes to the AI model provider, for your privacy notice under the UAE PDPL.

Can we see it working first?

Yes. We walk you through a working example on a call, then run the limited launch on your own traffic before a full rollout.

Send us your main enquiry channels, the CRM you use and the questions customers ask most through the proposal form. We will propose a conversation review as the first step.
