Search Growth Programme
An ongoing programme of technical SEO, content, local search and AI search work, with defined deliverables in each cycle and reporting tied to enquiries. On our homepage we call it Search Everywhere.
Why one-off SEO projects fade
An audit produces a long list of fixes. Some get done, most wait for a developer, and six months later the site has new pages with the old problems. Meanwhile competitors keep publishing, Google keeps changing how results look, and buyers increasingly ask AI assistants before they search at all.
Search visibility is built by steady work over time: fixing what breaks, improving pages that nearly perform, publishing pages buyers need and keeping local listings accurate. This programme turns that into a fixed rhythm with a named team, agreed deliverables and a report that shows what the work did to enquiries.
What's included
- Onboarding audit and roadmap
- Technical crawl, content and demand mapping in Arabic and English, local profile review and a tracking check, turned into a prioritised roadmap.
- Technical upkeep
- Monitoring of indexing, speed, broken links, redirects and structured data, with fixes made directly on the site where we have access. The scope follows our SEO service.
- Content production
- An agreed number of new or substantially improved pages per cycle, planned from real buyer questions and reviewed by your team for accuracy.
- Local search
- Google Business Profile maintenance, posts, review responses and listing consistency across the directories that matter in the UAE.
- AI search visibility
- Content structured to be quoted accurately, consistent entity information across the web, structured data and tracking of AI mentions where tools allow. There is no guarantee of citation.
- Measurement
- Enquiries from organic and local search, tracked through analytics and conversion tracking and matched to the CRM where possible.
- Cycle report and review call
- What we did, what changed in visibility and enquiries, and what comes next.
What you need in place
- A website we can edit, or a developer who can apply changes within an agreed time. If the site blocks basic fixes, web development comes first.
- Access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Google Business Profile.
- Working conversion tracking, or agreement to fix it in the first cycle.
- A person who can review content for accuracy and answer subject-matter questions promptly.
- A commitment of at least several months. Search results rarely move in a single cycle.
How it runs
Onboarding
Access, audit, baseline measurements and the roadmap. Tracking is fixed first if needed.
Cycle planning
At the start of each cycle, typically monthly, we agree the deliverables: fixes, pages, local tasks and any experiments.
Delivery
Our team makes the changes and drafts content, which you review before publishing.
Reporting
At the end of each cycle, a report on work done and results, followed by a review call.
Quarterly reset
Every few cycles we revisit the roadmap against results and change direction where the data says so.
What's not included
- Guaranteed rankings, traffic levels or AI citations.
- Link buying, private blog networks or fake reviews, which breach search engine policies.
- Paid search or social advertising. Google Ads can run alongside as a separate engagement.
- Website redesigns or new features beyond SEO fixes.
- Translation of the whole site. Arabic pages in scope are written for Arabic search, not translated in bulk.
Ongoing costs to budget for
The programme is billed per cycle. These are the other costs that can come with it.
- SEO tools
- Rank tracking, crawling and AI visibility tools, either included in the programme or on your own subscriptions if you want to keep the data.
- Content inputs
- Photography, original data or expert time from your team, which make content worth citing.
- Development time
- If your site is managed by another developer, their time to implement technical changes.
- Hosting upgrades
- If speed problems come from the hosting itself, a better plan or provider.
We scope the programme after the audit. See pricing for how retained engagements are structured and the SEO cost guide for what changes the budget.
Questions buyers ask
How is this different from your SEO service?
The SEO service can be a one-off audit or a fix project. The programme is the ongoing version, with a fixed rhythm, agreed output per cycle and the same team throughout.
What does AI search visibility work involve?
Making your site and business information easy for AI systems to access, understand and quote accurately. We track mentions where tools make it measurable, but inclusion in AI answers cannot be guaranteed by anyone.
Can we pause or stop?
Yes, under the notice terms in the agreement. Everything we produce stays on your site and in your accounts.
Do you cover Arabic search?
Yes, when it is in scope. Arabic pages are researched and written for Arabic searches, with correct hreflang and right-to-left layout.
How soon will we see results?
Technical fixes can show effects within weeks on an established site. Content and competitive terms usually take several months. The first reports focus on work delivered and early indicators.
Send your website, target services and areas through the proposal form. We will start with the onboarding audit.
